In 1851 he gives his place of birth as Terrington. Freereg has no William Watts born in Terrington at this period, but there are children born to a John and Ann Watts and Thomas and Elizabeth Watts at this time. There's a William born to a Humphrey and Sarah Watts bap 14 Sep 1779 in West Walton which is not too far away. Other William Watts born in this time period are over 15 miles away.
