Reading a Will COMPLETED WITH THANKS

Hi

After some wonderful help a few weeks ago, I have now successfully transcribed some wills on my own and am very grateful for the help I received - I learned a lot!

However, I now have another will which I am really struggling with and hope someone will again be able to help me with.

Here goes part 1!!

Line 1: In the name of God Amen I Joseph
Line 2: Stanney of [Weston?] Green in the parish of Thames Ditton in the county of
Line 3: surrey Cooper being of sound mind memory and understanding [word] this my
Line 4: last will and Testmanet in [ word] following that is to say I give and bequeath
Line 5: unto my beloved wife Sarah Stanney the sum of fifty five pounds four per cent
Line 6: stock now standing in my name in the [books?] of the [word] and company of
Line 7: the Bank of England to be paid her within one month [word] after my decease
Line 8: for her own immediate use and benefit.  Also I give and bequeath unto my said
Line 9: wife all my household goods and furniture plate [linen?] china and [word] and
Line 10: all my ready [word] [word]debts stock and implements of trade for her own use
Line 11: and benefit absolutely for ever except my gun also I give to my said wife

A quick try, it's rather small...

Line 7: the Bank of England to be paid her within one month next after my decease
Line 8: for her own immediate use and benefit.  Also I give and bequeath unto my said
Line 9: wife all my household goods and furniture plate linen china and cloaths and
Line 10: all my ready money book debts stock and implements of trade for her own use
Line 11: and benefit absolutely for ever except my gun also I give to my said wife

Thank you for your help.  Not sure how to make this any bigger but will try :)

Here's the next part I'm stuck with - just a couple of words with this one.

Line 1: decease except the aforesaid sum of fifty five pounds stock to hold the said rents and
Line 2: interest of such stock or funds to her my said wife for and during the term of
Line 3: her natural life [she?] paying [word] all my just debts funeral and testamentary

I think the missing part is "she paying thereout all my just debts", you're right about the she.

Thanks - I agree - all it needs is a second pair of eyes.

Next part - just the one word - really stuck on this one.

Line 3: in the county of surrey Victualler all those my three freehold [word]

Last part now - thank you for all your help

Line 1: Proved at London 8th February 1825 before the worshipful John Danbury
Line 2: [word] of laws and surrogate by the oath of sarah stanney widow the [word]
Line 3: out of the executors to whom admon was granted being first sworn duly to
Line 4: [word] [word] [word] to Stephen brightwell the other executor

oops - for some reason I cant attach the last part - says the upload folder is full???? not sure what I'm doing wrong but will try and attach again later

Fairly standard wording on this last bit...

Line 3: out of the executors to whom admon was granted being first sworn duly to
Line 4: Admr Power reserved to Stephen Brightwell the other executor

The Admr is of course Administer.
