Ancestors of Charles Phillip HAVARD

Hi. I need some help.

I am researching Charles Simmons Havard, born Dec. Qtr. 1893 in Lambeth , Surrey, the son of Charles Phillip Havard b: 1854 and Emily Simmons b: 1857, both born in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. I am looking for the parents of both Charles and Emily. I understand there are various Havard families in Monmouthshire and not all related, so need help to sort out which is our correct one.

This may sound a bit complicated, but I am also looking for Iris G Havard/Sibley, who was born in Sept. Qtr. 1915 in West Ham, Essex, the daughter of William Sibley (my research) and Maude Van Okker. In 1919 William divorced Maude and in 1921 she married Charles Simmons Havard.

In Freebdm, Iris's birth details show her as both Sibley and Havard, which would indicate that she was probably adopted by Charles after the marriage. I have found a marriage by an Iris Havard in 1943 to James S Petch in Coventry, Warwickshire, but not sure if she is our Iris.

Any help and ideas would be great assistance.

According to the 1901 census, Charles Phillip was born in Abergavenny, but Emily was born in Monmouth.

So far I have drawn a blank on the 1891 and 1881 census returns - but 1871 I have them both:
