From New Zealand To Australia

Is there a New Zealand sight/link that lI can search for the immigration from NZ to Australia. Both sets of my Maternal gr gr grand parents came to Australia year/ship unknown. They ended up New South Wales.
Roland & Mina (Wilhelmina) & 3 children & James & Ann Lamb & 1 child.
Would appreciate any help. Vicki

James (origin England)& Ann Lamb (origin Ireland) both b. 1850/1 daug. Margaret b. 1877 NZ possibly immigrated around 1894. Margaret d. certs states 20 yrs. in NSW. James & Ann might not have immigrated as I can't find their deaths on our NSW register. They are a mystery.
Roland Cole & Wilhelimina (Minna) daug Alice, Maud, son Francis immigrated 1886-1887 (next child b. 1888 NSW). Have searched Australian Immig. Indexes no real luck. Thought I might have luck from New Zealand end.

Hi Vicki

As these folk had already emigrated to New Zealand, then there won't be "immigration" records as such, for their arrival(s) into Australia.    As British subjects, they were free to migrate to Australia ... so passenger list details (if in fact they exist) would be what to look for.

You might get lucky and find their names as departing passengers from New Zealand (check at PapersPast).

As far as I'm aware though, there's not much available in the way of passenger lists (at the Australian end) for those travelling from NZ to NSW.

*  Where in NZ they settled.
*   Occupation for James  ... etc. 

I see the daughter was named "Margaret Jane".

*  Where in NZ was she born ?
*  Where did she marry - I presume it was OZ ..and to whom ?
*   Do you have Margaret's marriage cert ?
*   Where, when, did she die.

poss. immigration "Hindostan" 13/5/1874 to Otago Occup. Shepard (origin incorrect?)
poss. immigration "Hydraspes"  19/10/1873 Auckland Occup. Plasterer (incorrect dob & origin?)
Not found in 1871 census to substantiate occupation. His father was a labourer/blacksmith
