Tong / Newport area 1837-1839, Father named William. worked as footman/butler for the Earl of Dudley abt. 1860 he may also have been in service in Hampshire. He served in the British Army prior to that. He m. Ann Mason in Dudley 1864. any help would be gratefully received.
