The Cottage Home for Pauper Children - Llantwitfardie

Hi, is there anyone that could advise me how to find out what could have happened to IVOR LEYSHON born c1899 who in the 1911 Census shows that he was in the above home??
Does anyone know if there are records for this home??, if so where would I start looking.
Any help at all would be appreciated.
