What does the thomas mummery/ Harriet Ann marsh marriage give for parents and witnesses?

Are Elham records not on Cityark?

I think you'll find that Cityark has the North west Kent records while Elham is in East Kent

There is a Thomas MUMMERY baptised Hawkinge 1821.  Another baptised Folkestone 1826 see http://www.familysearch.org

I notice mention of Uphill in the information you posted.  Uphill actually came under Folkestone but was/is nearer the parish church of Hawkinge see the following post which includes link to an old map of the area http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,491459.0.html

The code S20 (that for Harriett A MARSH and Thomas MUMMERY) on the Kent Registration Services site relates to marriages that took place in the parish church of Hawkinge http://extranet3.kent.gov.uk/sp/rois/marriagesearch.cfm

You could try Folkestone Library to see whether they have filmed marriages for Hawkinge this late (I can't recall from the last time I was there) http://www.kent.gov.uk/librariespublicui/OpeningTimes/LibraryDetails.aspx?id=32

If they have, would probably only cost you for photocopying.

Interesting name Philm, have you heard of "Mummery's Blood", named for the mountaineer Albert Mummery, equal parts Bovril & Black Rum!     Skoosh.
