henry bernard forde 1911

i am looking for where this man was living in 1911. i have his wife of 4 years mabel forde (lever) living at home with her parents, in Merthyr Tydfi. he is not there. i then have his death in dec 1911. i have a feeling he may have been hospitalised somewhere although i have no idea where or for why, the only thing i have to go on is that he was a young man when he died so i am assuming he died of an illness.

Henry Bernard Forde born abt 1879 in Newport M, Glamorgan, Gwent, Monmouthshire. thats all i really know abut him.

im sorry i didnt relise this was the case. its actually his movements between 1901 and 1911 i am looking for as he was a merchant sea engineer i think. but i do understand totally

The record gives his certificate number which you need to trace his records. Also that the ship he was on went missing in December 1911.
