Small world! My ggrandparents were the other side of the road in number 59 in 1901. I found the death of my ggrandmother's brother on the same site that showed Henry's death.

no, he died at sea ( off the coast of Burma ) some years earlier on a ship out of Swansea.

Hi, I am Mabel and Bernard's great grand-daughter.  I have always been told that he was lost at sea.  My grandfather was Harold Bernard Forde who immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1900's.  They had another son, Norman.  I have been looking for relatives of my great grandparents for a long time.  I have a collection of post cards that Bernard wrote to Mabel in the early 1900's.  Please contact me through this website if you have any more information on them.  Thanks, Laura

hi laura,  you cant message as you havent made enough posts yet im afraid. also its not a great idea to post your details like that on these threads, in fact i think that the mods may remove your details although im not sure fb counts as 'personal details'
