Hello.
        have a querry. was puzzling over my john musgrave.
who married sarah thorpe in leeds 1832. as to when might be born. thought about 1811. so looked up member trees.
 to see if any had one born around that time.one can up. her tree is private .so e-mailed her. to ask if she had the above people in her tree. back came a answer today saying yes. he was a royal bodyguard. now I have him as a tailor on the marriage cert.wonder who to. and how do i check .to see .

Have you got any census records for your ancestor?   Who are the witnesses on the marriage entry?   If you can give us more information we may be able to help.

                  John Musgrave was married by banns.published
 11-18-25 .march.witness by Joseph Sutchcliffe.
 he left is mark. and by Elizabeth Green ,she also left her mark. the Rev John Wrighthurst was the Curate who did the service. John Musgrave signed his name.but Sarah Thorpe left her mark.
 On the marriage cert of his daughter Anges musgrave in 1850. 20th dec. John Musgrave is noted as a Tailor.afraid
 do not know exact date John was born. hence my querry to the other  tree member.  date she gave was 1811.  am wondering if born in leeds as that is where the Musgraves came from. hope this helps

                That was me. posting. its out of date. as since found sarah had not died as was told she remarried. do not know if that was because john had died. do not have that cert. as  stated it is the question of was he a royal bodyguard .that intrests me, thank you for looking  .
