Someone kind enough to transcribe for me

hello i have my great grandads service records and am not having much luck decipheringand making sense of them i am wondering if someone would be so kind as to transcribe them for me please so i can use there contents to get an impresion of the man i never knew . Someone kindlytooka look and gave me a few details but would be fantastic to have the lot and i cannot make head nor tail . His name is walter webb regimental number is 91052 has 2 sets of records one in 1916 and one in 1919 many thanks
