Does anyone know of any orphanages/fosterhomes or the like from the period 1919/20 where children might have been sent from London? Am trying to trace 3 brothers who were orphaned and taken into the care of the Mile End Old Town Guardians, London, but have a gap of several months before they turn up in an orphanage in Middlesex. My mother thinks they might have been sent to Hereford/shire. Anyone have any clue? Many thanks
