Trying to find more info on Arthur Johnstone Oxley.  Found a 1891 birth reg dist. Auckland.

Can`t find him on 1901 census to get more info on who his parents were.

The Auckland R.D. birth is just of Arthur Oxley (no middle name)

There is also the death of an Arthur Oxley aged 1 in Auckland R.D. in the September quarter of 1892.

It looks a safe be that this is Arthur. 
He had a short life, died in 1933.

His age at death in 1933 was 39, so that would fit with the Tynemouth birth which keyboard found.
