WW 1 Draft - Philip Davis. Born 30 June 1878. Names his wife as Lena Davis. A little diffiult to read the addresses. Have sent you a copy. County: Los Angeles. California. Short Height. Medium Build. Brown Eyes. Dark Brown Hair. No Distinguishing Marks. Dated Sept 12 th 1918.

On the 1900 Census is another Davis family directly above Joseph and Rachel - have they a connection  ??? Abraham born 1870 England

Your very welcome - nice to break down some proverbial brick-walls.

The name of the person who will always know him - usually refers to the next of kin or near relative.

Here is the marriage:-

Philip Davis  Feb  6  1904  Manhattan  3954

Lena Green   Feb  6  1904  Manhattan  3954
