Hi  a friend just purchased FTM 2011 platinum edition - and is having problems registering for 6 months free subs with Ancestry

Like Ainsley above, once he inserts his cd site takes him to register with Ancestry US site..
However, he doesnt appear to have received a voucher or code to activate his 6 months free..how does he do this, is it automatic once he registers his credit card details?

THANKS

Thats the problem im still having, keeps telling me that ther is an error and to try again later or it takes me to the payment page.

When I purchased FTM '08 I needed a code, but there was no code with it. My husband ended up phoning them and they activated my subscription for me, although it did take 48 hrs to go through. Will be attempting to access Ancestory in an hour or so as it will be 48 hrs since i last tried activating it.

Will let you know the outcome

Ainsley :)
