Could you tell us a little more about Peggy SWAN/SWANN?  Do you know where and when she was born and who were her parents?  Did she marry?

she was born c. 1797 in Cheshire, Her parents were (I believe Samuel Chadwick & Mary Tomlinson), She was a convict, arriving in Tasmania on the "LLoyds'. The last trace I have of her is her conditional pardon in 1853, I have quite a bit of info prior to that - just can't find her death

Peggy SWANN married Matthew EASTWOOD in 1851.

She obviously lowered her age considerably when she married  ;D

SWAN PEGGY age 35yrs m. EASTWOOD MATTHEW age 40yrs 03/11/1851 HOBART #328/1851 RGD 37

Matthew EASTWOOD was also a convict his details can be found at the Tassie Archives online.

Hi Masky, I am also researching Peggy Swann, would you advise me what other info you have ? would appreciate any info on this SWANN family...I am related to Peggy's son, George....Rob
