Hi, hope someone can help me.  I am looking for the birth of Stephen Williams from Harwich (Colchester).  He died in a drowning accident in 1967 in Harwich/Dovercourt. 

Would be grateful for any help.

There are 19 Stephen D Williams birth registrations in 1958/9.
You would need to know where he was born to be able to say which was the correct registration.
