Tweedmouth Address in 1841 census

I have traced an ancestor to Tweedmouth in the 1841 census. He was listed as being 15 and living at Church Square in Tweedmouth. It would appear that many people are listed at that address. Was this address some sort of poor house and work house? Maybe it was a lodging house?

Can anyone point me to where I can find out about this address. An internet search is proving to be a dead end so far.

Any help is greatly appreciated. The person in question is Anthony Watson Pratt.

There are only nine people in the house he is in. If you look at the page you will see that each household is separated by // and each family in a household by / Also in the column under "Houses" there is a 1 in the column "Inhabited" The houses in Church Square do not appear to have been numbered at that time.
