Thank you so much, pity about the gravestone, but at least I know where they are and that they are all together. I also learned 5 different addresses for them over the years. So from where I sit it is all good. Thank you so much for your help.
Ibella :) :)

Hi Ibella
Just found this site by accident, believe it or not I was looking for my Grandad James Lamb Fifield the info. I have is Martha Sutcliffe was born 09-07-1865, James Lamb Fifield was born 11-04-1866, They were maried 12-02-1888 and had 6 children. I'm going to look up the Sutcliffe side now and see what I can find. I'll let you know what I find. I remember when I was young, being told that relatives on the sutcliffe side had gone to Austalia, it might have been your family they were talking about.
Fifield, Sutcliffe, Marsh

I was wondering if Mosiefish visits Burnley Cemetery often? If so would it be much trouble to look at the headstone on my grandparents grave and tell me what it says. I was very young when I attended my grandma's funeral and I never got to see the headstone. I have a tree on Ancestry and I thought it would be nice to include the inscription. I have the grave number. I can't do this myself as I live in France :)

Hi again Mo

The bereavment service for the cemetery came back to me and gave me the headstone transcription along with other information I had asked for, so I hope I've caught you before you go and look. Thank you again :)

Hi,

No problem.

Are you aware that Burnley Cemetery transcriptions are on:
http://www.lan-opc.org.uk/Burnley/cemetery/index.html
They also include a grave index for everyone buried in the same grave.

Regards,
Mo
