Need help hit a big brick wall!!
looking for aBirth & Marriage for Mary Ann Evans Born abt 1866 in  Ferndale Ystraddyfodwg, Glamorgan, Wales.
Mary Ann's Parents are Mary and William Evans.
I would be very Grateful for any Information anyone could give me.

Have you looked at the number of Mary Ann Evans marriages in Glamorgan between 1884-1894 on freebmd?

Sorry but without more info - needle and haystack spring to mind

From 1863 - Pontypridd was the Registration district for her birthplace and this is the only birth listed between 1865-66

Births June qtr 1865 
Mary Ann Evans   Pontypridd  11a 315

However - failure to register a birth only became a fineable offence in 1874/75 so there are absolutely no guarantees that this is the right birth reg

Of all the marriages listed for Glamorgan between 1884-1894 - 51  were in the Pontypridd RD

I have found a marriage in Ystradyfodwg 09/03/1892 for:

Mary Ann Evans/27/S                F: William
David Thomas Bateman/28/B    F: James

As CarolW says though, there are so many people of the same name, so it's not 100% that they are your peeps.
But she is the only one of the right birth year and father that fits.
