Lorne Infirmary Lornesville...? COMPLETED- THANKS!
« on: Sunday 20 March 11 11:12 GMT (UK) »
Hi
I have a death cert which states the deceased died at Lorne Infirmary Lorneville in the 1930s.

I'm presuming this was in Southland/Otago area  but can anyone tell me just where? ???
I'd be interested to know more about the Infirmary and if any records might be available?
Thanks
Dale

Archives have some records for Lorne Hospital, which locals may know if it was part of the infirmary??? so moree specific records may be under SOuthland District Health Board.

My grandfather was in Lorne orphanage from the 1900's.  does anyone know where the records of the children that stayed there and their families.  I would be so grateful if anyone could help me here.  My grandfather was Thomas Phillips and had several sibblings but do not know of them.  HELP  my email address is    (*)     CHEERS
