Thanks for the clarification - I wasn't sure, as I read yr message that "John was married to Mary", and "Frederick was b 1818  married to Ann Weaver"

Basically, John HINDER is visible in all the Census 1841 & 1851 (as unmarried, & pre-marriage to Ann) and 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891 (post-marriage to Ann, & with her in all)

You asked about John post-marriage so that's what's above - but he is visible in 1841  & 1851 pre-marriage (with parents & brother Isaac).   Looks like he and Ann died in 1894 and 1892, respectively (FreeBMD)

I notice that son Frederick, was born before they married, registered as WEAVER in Dec Qtr 1849 (I believe). In 1851, he seems to be down as WEAVER, living in his WEAVER grandparents house (as is his unmarried mother Ann, who is a Glover).

So not entirely sure who was "Mary"  per your original msg? Didn't  Frederick marry Sophia (KEENE?) ?

Frederick & Sophia are both enumerated in the same household in 1881, both unmarried.
He's a lodger and she's a domestic.

Then in 1891 they are together as man & wife, with 3 children age 9, 7 & 4.
So one might imagine a marriage pretty soon after 1881 Census...

However, it looks like they didn't tie the knot until late 1890, after those 3 children were all born:
