Lookup Parish Record Chattisham

I would like a parish lookup for Thomas Payne born in Chattisham about 1781. Birth and marriage are needed.  I have his death information. He married Hannah and had children Elizabeth, George, Robert and James Thomas. I would like to know Thomas's parents names and maiden name of Hannah. Nancy

I couldn't see the baptism for James, nor the marriage for Thomas and Hannah at Chattisham.

Thanks for looking up Thomas, Payne but none it seems to fit.  I am going back to square one and would like to ask you to lookup James Payne born 1802 in Chattisham according to census records.  I am not sure now who his parents were but would of course like to know if you have that.  Again thanks.  Nancy

Would the James Thomas Payne born 1802 be the same as Thomas Payne born 1802 to Thomas and Hannah?  Just a thought.
Just so you're aware I don't actually have the Chattisham records to hand to have a further look for you, but looked at the registers whilst visiting the local records office.

Hello Anne,

I just looked at all the censuses for James Payne again and it appears that the 1871 cenus says  Chippenham, Suffolk.  I noticed the entry before and thought they meant Chattisham as stated in an earlier census.  Could Chippenham have been in Suffolk and not Cambridgeshire in 1802 when he was born?
