Just realised I 've been a completet idiot.... Martha was Bejmain's sister of course!!   :-[ Her birthplace and age matches Benjamin's sister in the 1841 census.

Now I just need to find out if Edward Slater's family and Martha Slater's family were related or coincidence. And what happened to Edward Slater senior.
