Would anyone have info on this family member of mine? Immigrated to U.S. then to New Orleans,LA.

The birth of Phillis is before the start of full civil registration in Ireland (1864) so you would need to check for parish records to find details for her and her family. To start this you first need to know the family religion and where they lived at the time, i.e. which parish, so you can check what records (if any) are available.

John's birth should be included in civil records, but since Doyle is quite a common surname you would probably need a bit more detail (names of father or siblings, place of birth etc) to locate the correct family.
