1851 req. Windmill Street, Lambeth

Would appreciate a look-up (which does not appear to be on ancestry.com which I have a subscription to) of 2 Windmill Street, Lambeth.  RD Lambeth, SD Waterloo (First Part) from birth certificate, Surrey.  I haven't been able to find the family at all and maybe this is why.  Possibly this area is missing on the census?  Seems like there are some Districts missing on ancestry but I'm not too familiar with how this is done (i.e. searching for addresses on census reports).  Thx, josh

Coincidentally that family are my 3xgt g'fathers brother - he married in 1848 so hadn't lived there long - he was there in 51/61/71.  His place of birth Binegar should be Beanacre (Melksham)
