Tidy up please if possible

Hi. Can anyone tidy up this photograph of my grandson please.
Sadly it has stuck to glass and I dont want to try and remove it in case it tears. Would appreciate help. Possibly removing shadow ? and some of background to make it printable to go into a frame.
