Update on search for Cleary's in Clonmel....
My great-great grandparents, Richard Cleary and Margaret Lloyd were married at SS Peter and Paul on 15 April 1863. Another descendant has told me that Richard's father was a PETER Cleary, not John. I'm chasing up a baptismal record for Richard - I am told that Peter was born 1824, worked as a carpenter and died in 1882 in the Clonmel Workhouse. If anyone can give advice on where I can look online (I live in England), or has any information on Peter, or his family, I would love to hear from them.
Best wishes
Steve Cleary
