I am trying to find the wedding of Isaac Cram he married Sophia surname unknown.....1838 Spilsby area Lincolnshire can anyone help me on this

The marriage ref is

Isaac Cram

The certificate will have Sophia's surname.

I just searched for all people married in Spilsby in that quarter.  I didn't think there would be many Sophias, and one turned up as page 931.
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.
