relatives in new zealand
« on: Wednesday 11 May 11 18:30 BST (UK) »
I have been trying to find any information of the coulton ( could be spelt a different way or even coulson)  family in new zealand . very little information to go one .
Bert coulton was apparently a jockey over there if so he would be registered as one but i can,t find anything his mothers name was annie and he has sisters by the name of doreen, josephine who i believe went into a convent and had the church name of Mary but was believed to have left the convent then married. Wellington and auckland are the only other names mentioned .

Welcome to Rootschat. This isn't a forum for tracing living relatives so we can't post details of anyone who might still be alive. If these people are deceased it would make it easier for us to help if you could give us an indication of dates.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Hello,

One newspaper report that is not helpful but it does refer to Bert Coulton
http://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/cgi-bin/paperspast?a=d&cl=search&d=EP19071025.2.104.2&srpos=1&e=-------10--1----2bert+coulton--

may help with a geographic area in which to search

several coultons in the bdm but none that really match
