Hello
I was hoping someone could help me with an ancestor's sister named Mary Elizabeth Brown, born 1814 in London who married John Eglington in Walsall in 1851.
On Free BMD the marriage is registered in Walsall while on Free REG it is in Harston, Cambridgeshire. I believe they lived in Walsall so hopefully it's okay here in the Staffordshire board.
This is what I have:
10 July 1851.
John EGLINGTON, widower, of Walsall, Stafford, Surveyor, married
Mary Elizabeth BROWN, spinster, of Harston, Cambridgeshire
Grooms Father: James EGLINGTON, Architect & Builder
Brides Father: Thomas BROWN, Farmer
Witnesses: Wm. and Emma Brown
Any help with John and Mary Eglington would be appreciated!
