ANN JURDISON who married GEORGE HENDERSON

on 21 FEB 1831 in BISHOPSWEARMOUTH

I see there are several Ann and Gdeorge Henderson couples in the area on later censuses. It would help if you could say which couple are yours to narrow down the search.

Failing that have you used the familysearch pilot site, there are several candidates on there that you could investigate

I've looked at Familysearch Pilot but am still not sure that I have

got the right ANN .

As Usworth is quite a way from Brancepath and the ages are out too then the Ann Jurdiston at reply #2 is probably not the correct one

Can't find the family in 1861

Parts of Usworth appears to be in the St Michael, Esh registers and part in the Washington registers. The transcripts of these are on the family search pilot site

(Have you seen the marriage record - what were the names of the witnesses that sometimes helps track families down)

Not sure you've got the right Ann.
George and Ann have sons Michael and George with them in West Rainton 1841, both born before the marriage at Bishopwearmouth in 1831.
Georges baptism at West Rainton Chapel:
2 May 1830, George Henderson, son of George (Pitman) and Anne, of West Rainton.
There is a marriage of a George Henderson of Houghton le Spring, and Ann Parker/Parkin, 15 August 1825, at Heighington. West Rainton is in Houghton le Spring Parish. Still might not be the right one. Might need a birth cert of one of their children to confirm.
