I have found a marriage for a Joseph Cox and Patience Cartwright - October 1846 All Saints Church West Bromwich.

The Registry Office is at Sandwell, unfortunately I do not have contact details. The Church Address is All Saints Church, All Saints Way West Bromwich. Church Office number 0121-5882647.
