22 moore street blackpool 1941

i have recieved a birth certificate for a baby who was born at 22 moore street on the 6th dec 1941. this address is not the same as the mother and father's. does anyone know how i could find out who was living there at this time, and whether it was a home for mums to be?

i have reason to believe that the daughter born to them wasnt their daughter at all, but my great nans baby and my nans twin! if i could find out who was living at 22 moore street at this time then it could be another clue.

This house is currently up for private sale, i viewed it about 6 months ago, the lady who showed me round said it was her parents house and that she grew up there but they had moved to somewhere smaller as they are too old to look after the property. The lady was about in her late 50's i'd say. I cant remember the website but can get it for you next time i pass the house.

I recently ordered up a death certificate for someone who died at 22 Moore Street, Blackpool, in December 1943 (aged 70).
