My router blocks access to medal cards

Help. My router, which was set up to prevent access to dodgy XXX sites and the like is barring me from the medal card site. Can anybody suggest anything however seemingly innocuous that might attract its displeasure? The sort of thing I had thought might be the case explains why the local government mail server would not let people send mails to Scunthorpe (sorry - not wanting to be crude, but wanting to illustrate the point).

It's the GRO site, but I need to check a few records so was hoping someone who uses that site regularly might spot something that my router might be finding distasteful. Can't begin to imagine it having anything remotely risque, but who knows?
