Semple/Foster Marriage Look up Please

Hi

Trying to find a marriage for and Alexander Semple to either a Mary Hay Foster or Mary Foster.  Think it will be in 1913 somewhere in W. Derbyshire.  Alexander was born in Glasgow and was single and still in Glasgow on 1911 census.

his address is given as Woodford Green, Essex on CWGC site for his son's death in WWII.  Trying to find out what took him to England.  Hoping this info may be in marriage record
