The Scottish GENES (GEnealogy News and EventS) blog at http://scottishancestry.blogspot.com is now in its fourth year and offering free news on all the latest developments in the British Isles for those researching their Scottish ancestry. In 2011 there have already been 356 blog posts so far, and plenty more still to come.

As much as I am keen to share news when I get it, I am equally keen to receive news to share - all sources will be credited!
