« on: Wednesday 08 June 11 01:29 BST (UK) »
Hi does any one have any old photos of the old Rhuddlan fire service about 1930s /40s my uncle was one of the firemen his family had several photos but some were given away some years ago and were on a pub wall and I think some may be in Flintshire archives at Harwarden .I believe one of the old engines is still in Bodrhydden hall

Also my father's cousin, Glyn Roberts, was a fireman first in Rhuddlan/Rhyl then in Queensferry.

Our relatives probably knew each other perhaps even worked together in the Brigade. Which photograph in Rhuddlan High St is this?

Think the photo was in Rhuddlan community centre  or on wall in pub on main street that has recently been taken over and photos no longer there .
