Seeking a marriage for William Theodore Hampson to Annie May ? between 1921 and 1928 .His father William Spencer Hampson. Theo was born circa 1892, Annie circa 1891. Its that ? that I am trying to solve. They show up on our electoral rolls in 1928 and Theo was single in 1921 as he entered USA.

no was passing thru USA to England. The usa record just showed he was still single then.

So whose electoral rolls does he show up on?

I searched FreeBMD for any marriage for a Theodore Hampson, date range 1911-1928, but nothing came up.

Doesn't look like he marries in England or Wales?

Electoral Rolls. New Zealands. He went by Theo, but was William Theodore Hampson.

your original message is a bit confusing as you don't mention that it is the New Zealand Electoral Roll and he was travelling from New Zealand originally.

Using our free website http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/  you may be able to find children of this couple.

Put in the surname Hampson and the mothers maiden name of Nicholson and see what you get. Rootschat has a policy of not allowing names of those who may still be living on their boards.

So even if I found anyone I could not post their names

Added- it looks like the only couple with that comination of names having babies, is one from Wigan.

I was in a cold sweet that there till I broadened the search dates. First baby was showing up in 1920 Or  he went back to NZ then returned in 1921 to marry her. OMGoodness. But NO, the Nicholsons are showing up as Londoners/Kent for at least 100 years
