I was going by the FindMyPast transcription!

The bottom of which states:
Registration District: Market Drayton    
Sub District: 1 Moreton Say    
Enumeration District: 5    
Ecclesiastical Parish:
Civil Parish: Ashley    
Municipal Borough:   
Address: 31, Ashley, Ashley    
County: Shropshire

The registration district comes under Shropshire; Ashley comes in Staffordshire!

The p.o.b. on image are Ashley Staffs and the address is given as Staffs

The parents seem to change their county of birth from census to census!!!!!!

I tend to quote what I see - and in order to find the family you would need to look for the Registration District and County (even if they aren't strictly correct!).
