Hi Guys, i have a death certificate for a relative that mentions his place of death as being P of W church in Oxton...has anyone got a clue what P of W is at all, i havent a clue - he was buried at Holy Cross Church, Woodchurch

Hi Luke

It might be best to put post a scan of that part of the death certificate but I suspect it is an abbreviation for Parish of Woodchurch, also Oxton is in Cheshire not Lancashire
