Fisher Family

I have finally prepared a tree for my branch of the Fisher Family. It also deals with other family's such as Davie, Jones, Winslett,  Barker, Stewart, Martin, Glenesk, Eddy and others.

The Fisher family seems to have stayed in the Surrey, England area for sometime. For what I can tell is there may be some family still in this area.

If you think you are related in some way or  knew some of the people mentioned then I would love to hear from you.

I have a fisher in my tree from croydon surrey. His name is henry fisher B 1841c Married A Gladwin who are my part of family the Gladwins.. His death 1900? Found he never married jane? Living at 5 forster rd croydon. He commited suicide.. He also married a mary sharp? croydon 1872. His parents are Henry fisher B 1826 d 1860 His wife is Frances unk b 1825.. Lots of fishers in croydon. Plus i take grave photos to add to my tree,sure i took pic today of a fisher,so many photos i took today. so found lots of family. Plus i notice today there is lots of fisher graves in Queens rd croydon. And maybe mitcham.

Maybe you might have this fisher in your tree?

Hello,

I have a couple of Harry's and Herbert's in my family but I only found them from 1863 on. You never know.

My line is Thomas James Fisher. pre 1800 Surrey who married a Mary (no last name).

Thomas James Fisher b 1826-d 1893 Surrey, married to Mary Ann Baker

Thomas James Fisher b 1857 - d 1928 born in Surrey and died in Glasgow, married to Mary Jane Stewart

Then Thomas James Fisher b 1888 - d 1945 - Surrey and lived in glasgow and died in Montreal Canada

The research was crazy trying to find people with the same name for multiple generations. I will keep my eyes posted on any Harry's I come across.

Please let me know if you find any of these names at a grave site.

 I'm in touch with two people on my tree,i have a look later if there is anymore fishers.

When i went to Queens rd croydon graves i saw a few fishers. And i'm sure i saw a Thomas b 1857 and mary baker. A few fishers there. I will go over there weekend or next week. And if you want i can find the fishers graves and send pics onto you. If you want me to do this for you,as i got more family to find in Queens, found a few. I add to my tree.

I sent you while back one fisher i found. But i had no reply to say you got photo of grave. Funny thing is when i'm not looking for a grave all these names pop up,and when i want to find them,i can't find them.

 Have another look next week over Queens rd croydon. And i'm going to mitcham graves also next week,and if i pass a fisher grave i take photo,such a big grave yard.

 His children Kitty b 1829 surrey. and Thomas b 1831 surrey.

and Herny fisher b 1826 croydon married a frances surname?

 Ha married a jane Gladwin b 1841 b croydon d 1895 croydon. found no children.

  He also married Mary sharp b 1845? He had children by her

  Charles Edwin fisher b 1883 croydon
  Harry fisher b 1875 croydon
  Edith Annie fisher b 1881 croydon
  George fisher b 1878 croydon
  Lawrence fisher b 1885 croydon.

  Found a susan fisher b 1798 Don't think she related to above fisher? she married joseph Lee and found children of theirs. 

  Not sure if dates are right and no marriage dates to any. Maybe some was not married
