Mother Jeanie Owen formely Thorne
Address : 24 Moreton Terrace,Clydach Vale, Rhondda.

Trying to locate the marriage details for Tom and Jeanie and any futher information on Tom Owen snr.
Beleive Thome owen junior and his sister Beatrice Thorne( may have been knon as Owen) were placed in a childrens home but yet to find anything to confirm.

Any leads gratefully received.

Hi Cardiff,
Yes it a similar post but I hav since found out about Kane/Jeanie having a child Thomas James Owen and says she was married to a Tom Owen in 1916 when he was born so trying really to find our what I can about him or the two men beofre my trip to Cardiff records office so I have as much to go on as possible as quite a distance for me to travel

Sorry, mu typo error Jane/Jeanie. Beleive she was Born Jane but used Jeanie as her given christian name.

Tom Owen the father, claim he was a coal hewer, cliams Jeanie was married to Tom Owen

Only other poss had Jane married  earlier and then would have used her married name she was 19yrs old in 1901 and was a cook, that is a possibility
