Researching Daniel William Hyde family

I am researching my Grandfather DANIEL WILLIAM HYDE  born about 1870 in parish of St. Pancras, Middlesex.
Father was Henry William,
Mother Rosina.
Brothers were Albert Edward, Alfred J,  Frederick and Thomas.
Sisters were Emily and Rosina.
He married Rosa Andrews and both came to New Zealand early 19002
I would like to know the history of his parents. I know nothing at all about his siblings i.e. who they married or where they lived.
Perhaps someone may have photographs !! a long shot, but worth asking.

On 4 Feb 1855 the following children of John and Elizabeth Fritz, baker of 16 New Princes St, Haverstock Hill, were baptised at Holy Trinity, Camden:

Christiana, Daniel, John and Rosina.

I note the father of Daniel William to be  Henry but who was Louisa ?
 and where would I apply for certificates of Daniel's parents births and subsequent marriage?

Sorry; I meant Rosina, not Louisa.

In 1841 (HO107/1061/3) John Fritz is a 30 year-old baker, born in Foreign Parts.

I'll have a look for the Hydes.

A bit difficult as he was William H Hide, rather than Henry William Hyde; but I think it must be the same family.
