Can anyone do a look-up for me for 1891 census.
Rachel Hunt born Bradford.
Her husband is living on his own.

When was she born?

born 1841 Bradford Wiltshire (acc to 1891 census), a widow and 50 year old Servant in the household of Andrew Rowlands, at 19b Fountain Street, Home Penrhys Hamlet, Ystradyfodwg, Glamorgan

Rachel is a bit of a problem.
According to the 1881 census she was born Bradford On Avon Wiltshire. She was married to John Hunt in 1875.
The 1891 census gives John as a widower living with his son but the only death I can find for a Rachel is 1897 so John wouldn't have been a widower in the 1891 census.
John died in 1897.
So if the Rachel found is her she wouldn't be a widow either!!!

Would be interesting to see the death certificates! Perhaps they were separated so both claimed to be widowed?
