Would like to know if Stanley Cole born Swansea 1884 ever married?
By the 1911 census he was living at 19 Stanley Terrace Swansea with his father.
He was a schoolteacher.

Cheers

Just noticed the previous post, never mind this is all in Wales from 1911 to 1930.

There's a marriage for a Stanley Cole in Swansea in June qtr. 1925 to Margaret Price. Ref: 11A 1987.
There's another in Pontardawe, Glamorganshire in December qtr. 1923 to Elizabeth M Harris Ref: 11A 2000.
Finally one in Cardiff in December qtr. 1923 to Florence Bezzant. Ref: 11A 777.

You will have to get the marriage certificate to confirm which is the right one.

Hello Dale  :)

You can specify known info when you order the certificate from the local register office, e.g. his father's name, and Stanley's occupation of school teacher. If you state that the info must match you should not pay for the certificate.

Kind Regards
Morgan

If you are still in contact 11 years later!!  I am interested in Stanley Cole the school teacher as he was President of Swansea chess club which I am researching.  Data very much appreciated for an article I am currently writing.
