Census look up for William Henry Thomas

the best thing to do would be to get the birth cert this would give both father and mothers names
plus it should give you the mothers maiden name

if you send for this cert it will give you the birthdate if it matches the birthdate you have then you have found him
if you google "general register office" you will be able to order it
