Hello  :)

I'm trying to find any further information on my G-G-Grandmother, Tersiah Evans b c1868.

She shows up on the 1901 Census, married to Thomas Evans.

Census data says she was born in Cardiff.

I have tried searching for her in other census years, but she is a bit of a ghost. I had a look at the original census image and as far as I can see it really does appear to have been transcribed correctly.

Can anyone find any further info on her? I tried searching for marriage records too but I can't find anything that looks like her marriage to Thomas Evans.

Hi all, just wonder if she is the Tessy Thomas b c 1869 in 1871 with parents William and Lear residing in Canton census ref RG10/5365/88/9 ?

That is absolutely on the money - My Gran said she had an aunt Morfydd. :) Thank you!



I can't seem to find the Tessy/William/Lear on the 1871 census though?

I can't find a birth record for her either at the moment.
