1841/51 census look-up please

help need in finding

John Parr age 29 in 41 39 in 51 Labourer, born Prescot
 Possibly living in Toxteth Park Wife Anne, age in 51 36 Daughter Ellen or Sarah Ellen. age in 51 about 8/ 9, not born until 1842/43

I have him 1861, but it has been transcribed as Pan not Parr!
St James Parish  Back Chester Street, Toxteth Park.


Wife born Liverpool, Daughter born Liverpool.

Thank you so much for this, I have managed to get the actual image of this only today, I have a disc at home with some census on for Toxteth, was not sure how to look it up!

Am Glad you found the Image..there always wonderfull to have..i think it somehow makes them feel real..because you see them along with the neighbours.. I love doing lookups for Toxteth as well because i was born There and still Live here Now

I am helping my cousin do the family tree, I have all the family in every census from 1841 to 1901, the only image I don't have is for 1841 with my gg grandad on, in Chester.  But at least I have him with his parents and brothers and sisters, was given the info by a very kind soul who is a member of this board too.

I was also born in Toxteth back in the 60's, off Beresford Road.

Went to St Cleopas School, and Dingle Vale!

My Husbands Family came from breseford Road no 174...Theres was the Dyson Family ..They also went to st Cleopas School and where all Christened in St Cleopas Church... That was in the 1890's up to 1930.. I used to go to Shorefields School in Dingle vale in the 1970's early 80's

I went to Shorefields, it was Dingle Vale up to 1973, I left in 77

My sisters went there before me, and my brother (Jeff Clarke)went there also, he left about 1980, I also had cousins at the school, (Clarke and Knowles)

It is a small world indeed.
