Newspaper photo - can it be improved?
« on: Tuesday 19 July 11 14:27 BST (UK) »
I have a scanned image of my Great Uncle who died in America.  The image is taken from a newspaper and is thus very grainy and pixelated.  It is the only image I have of my Great Uncle and I would love to have it improved if it is possible.  Can anyone help me please?
